WHAT IS SMART FILM ?

The smart film is Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal film.

Smart Film is an electronically controlled switchable film which becomes transparent from a opaque state at the flick of a switch.

The liquid crystal molecules line up and the incident light passes through when power is on, the smart film becomes transparent from an opaque state. On the other hand, when the power is off, the liquid crystal molecules are randomly oriented so that light is scattered, results in opaque state.

The smart film provides a next generation alternative to blinds or privacy in daily life. The PDLC film is the ideal choice for commercial or residential installations.

HOW TO CONTROL?

For Switchable Glass & Electric Window Film, the power control unit is electrical equipment for electrical privacy glass and PDLC film application. The transformer changes the higher voltage (110-220V) to lower work voltage (48-65V) for electrical privacy glass and PDLC film.

For the switchable smart film or the switchable glass product, we provide different type of power supply, which will fully meet your different requirement for control the products.

Power supply type:

Simple power supply (Just a simple transformer, you can integrate with other control way as you like)

Two-way control power supply (Transformer integrate with remote and manual control)

Dimmer control power supply (Transformer integrate with dimmer control device, remote and manual control available)

Multichannel power supply (Transformer integrate with section control device, remote and manual control available)
